Admission Arrangements for Nursery (K1) Classes in Kindergartens for the 2023/24 School Year
Procedures of Enrollment
Please bring the listed below documents to school:
- Birth Certificate Original Copy and Photo Copy
- Child’s Immunisation Record Photo Copy
- 3 Self – Addressed Reply Envelopes with HK$2.2 Stamp
- 2 Passport Photos
- Application Fee $40
- The school sets no quota on distributing application forms and collecting all applications throughout the year
Interview Arrangements
1. One parent should accompany their child for the face to face interview.
2. The school will interview all the applicants.
3. The school can provide English translation service if required.
4. Arrangement for admission application of non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children
When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

5. Our school Information on Profile of Kindergartens and Kindergarten-cum-Child Care Centres
Admission Criteria
- Interview performance
- The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the kindergarten will be given due priority consideration.
- The applicant from families in need will be given due priority consideration when applying for whole day class.
(As the number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applicants fulfilling the priority consideration will be guaranteed a school place.) - Admission Arrangements for Nursery (K1) Classes in Kindergartens for the 2023/24 School Year： www.edb.gov.
hk/k1-admission_e - Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 5 to 7 January 2023 (Centralised Registration Dates) by submitting the
RC / AP to the KG and paying the registration fee. - The registration fee for 2023/24 Half day classes is HK$970, Whole day classes is HK$1570. If the child concerned studies in the KG, the registration fee paid will be refunded in September 2023. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the KG in writing. The KG will return the “RC” / “AP” as soon as possible but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “RC” / “AP”, the kindergarten will no longer keep the school place for the child.
- If you are a candidate, you will receive a notification letter from the kindergarten. Parents are requested to follow the instructions and procedures in the notification letter.
(一)遞交入學申請表︰
於辦公時間內，親臨本校索取填寫，並帶備以下資料到校報名：
1.出生紙正本及副本
2.兒童疫苗記錄副本
3.貼有港元$2.2郵票及填寫回郵地址信封3個
4.學童證件相片2張
(二)收取入學申請表日期︰
日 期︰全年皆接受入學(申請派發及收取表格不設限額)
報名費︰港幣$40
(三) 面見安排
1. 本園會邀請一位家長陪同幼兒參與實體面見。
2. 本園均會面見所有報名之幼兒。
3. 如有需要，本園能提供英語翻譯服務。
4. 非華語兒童入學申請的安排
~本園在面見非華語兒童時，本園可按需要為申請人安排傳譯或翻譯服務，或家長和兒童由懂中文的親友陪同進行面見，協助溝通。

5. 如屬備取生將收到本園發出通知信函，請家長依據通知信函內的指示及程序進行。
6. 家長須於 2023 年 1 月 5 日至 7 日(「統一註册日期」)內的指定時間到本幼稚園辦理註册手續，並須提交「註冊證」/「入學許可書」及繳交註冊費。
收生準則：
- 即場面試表現
- 申請人的兄弟姊妹現正在本幼稚園就讀獲優先考慮
- 如申請全日班學位，有家庭需要的申請人可獲優先考慮 (請留意由於學位所限，並非所有符合優先考慮的申請人均會獲取錄。)
- 2023/24 學年幼稚園幼兒班（K1）收生安排：www.edb.gov.hk/k1-admission_
tc - 2023/24 學年的半日班註冊費為港幣970元正，全日班註冊費為港幣$1570。如有關兒童入讀本校，本校會於2023年9月退回註冊費，但若家長於註冊後決定為子女轉校，請以書面通知本幼稚園。本幼稚園會儘快退回「註冊證」/ 「入學許可書」，但註冊費將不獲退還。在取回「註冊證」/「入學許可書」後，本幼稚園亦不會再為該兒童保留學位。
- 本園將會以書信形式通知所有已面見幼兒之取錄結果。
